Cuban Style Breaded Steak- Bistec Empanizado

Bistec Empanizado
Serves: 6
Notes:
Goes great with black beans, white rice and "tostones"
Directions:
1 - Sprinkle steaks with chopped onion, minced garlic, sour orange juice, and salt. 2 - Rub into meat and cover. 3 - Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate overnight. 4 - In a sparate bowl, beat the eggs. Place the cracker meal on a flat dish and spread it accross the dish. 5 - Dip each steak entirely in the eggs, then roll into cracker meal and cover both sides. 6 - Heat olive oil in skillet on medium-high heat and fry steak on both sides, until golden brown - don't overcook. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Ingredients: 6 Thinly-sliced top sirloin steaks 1 Large onion, chopped 4 Cloves Garlic, minced 1/2 Cup sour orange juice 1 cup cracker meal, grounded 4 Eggs, beaten
